Assessment – pltfrm foundations
Engineered in response to a notoriously inefficient component of the search process, our core philosophy is that assessment should:
1) Be included as standard in the search process and
2) Measure progressive, advanced leadership traits that matter today
This led us to work with leading organizational psychologists to develop “pltfrm foundations”. For a more detailed explanation, please read on below.
Our approach to assessment
Alongside the “Key 3” success factors that are role-specific and agreed during the discovery phase of the search, pltfrm foundations places a forensic lens and metrics on the following:
Inclusive Leadership
Measuring the extent to which the candidate displays empathy, openness, inclusive communication and ethical propensity amongst other items
Predicting the likelihood the candidate will recruit and foster a sustainably diverse organization beneath them
Digital Mindset
Measuring the extent to which the candidate displays the agility to think creatively, integrate data logically and arrive at solutions swiftly
Predicting the likelihood the candidate displays a current and future-facing approach towards technology, disruption and structural business-model change
